·     Topspin will issue a full refund if your cancellation is 4 days prior to the date of cancellation. Thereafter Topspin does not issue refunds for any reason, including non-attendance, a credit note may be issued in the event of injury or illness of a child booked into the Topspin, subject to Topspin receiving written notice of non-attendance 24 hours after the start of affected day or the Topspin Programme. A medical certificate may be required.

·     Children cannot attend if they are sick (including vomiting, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis and head lice) all children who are ill or infectious are to be kept at home during their illness and for 48 hours after the last symptom occurs. Topspin is not responsible for injury occurring as a result of a pre-existing medical condition. Medicines only administered if written consent given by parent.

·     Where a child falls ill during the day, and we think it necessary, their parent/guardian shall be called to take the child home and you agree to collect your child without delay.

·     *Topspin* or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or damage of a child's personal property

·     *Topspin* reserve the right to remove from our Camp, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour

·     You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change

·     You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change

·     Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority
